2012.01.23 Balsamic Braised Beef Short Ribs with Radish Salad

Beef ribs were marinated in balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, soy sauce and olive oil overnight. Seared then cooked over low heat. Served with sliced radishes and onions which were tossed with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
