Sauteed some bacon with onions and garlic, then added lightly seared London-broil steak and ground chuck. Cooked for a bit then added tomato sauce, siracha sauce, ketchup, chili seasoning, chili powder, curry powder, dry basil and oregano, Tobasco sauce and lemon juice. Let it simmer for a long time, then topped it off with sour cream, green onion and provolone cheese.
