Injected chicken with soy sauce/curry powder mixture, dipped in egg wash/flour/panko flakes and then fried. Sauce is Horsey sauce with tobasco and siracha.

Beef with chili salt, oregano and black pepper with a fried egg, radish slices, lettuce, provolone and siracha sauce.

Sauteed some bacon with onions and garlic, then added lightly seared London-broil steak and ground chuck. Cooked for a bit then added tomato sauce, siracha sauce, ketchup, chili seasoning, chili powder, curry powder, dry basil and oregano, Tobasco sauce and lemon juice. Let it simmer for a long time, then topped it off with sour cream, green onion and provolone cheese.

Based off Edward Lee’s Bibimbap from Top Chef.
Rice patty with a fried egg, pork marinated in ketchup, sriracha, sugar and soy sauce, carameli
zed onions, garlic, spinach, all cooked with apple cider vinegar.

Duck confit: Legs and shell cooked in duck fat, shallots, garlic, salt, black pepper, duck fat, rosemary, thyme and butter.
Confit was mixed with cottage cheese (no ricotta at the supermarket), skim mozzarella, basil, oregano, egg and salt. Stuffed into fresh pasta (courtesy of my sister).
Duck breast was stuffed with honey, salted and peppered then seared. Served with fresh pesto.
